    • Work Session:

      • Read/annotate “When Grizzlies Walked Upright” OR “The Navajo Origin Legend”

        • Pink = mother, father, Supreme Being

        • Yellow = nature, cardinal directions, talking animals

        • Green = origin element (what/who was created)

      • Type CEI individually on the following prompt as a Google Doc:

        • “Grizzlies”: What does this myth suggest about the ways Native Americans may have felt about the place in which they lived?

        • “Navajo Legend”: What does the ceremony show about Navajo attitudes toward order and ritual?
