TITLE

In American Literature, we work to analyze rhetorical and literary elements of texts from the 1600s to modern-day. Our focus is on analyzing the literature alongside the history of each time period. This allows us to discover the significance of the historical context while reading texts. As strange as this time might be, I am still so excited for this semester together! If you have questions or want to know more about your teacher, check out the About Me and Contact sections below!

ABOUT ME

We will learn more about each other as the semester moves forward.  I coach baseball and have coached at the D1 level for the past 10 years.  I coached in junior college before that and won a national championship.  My wife and I have a dog named Wrigley.  I love to fish and hunt and garden.  I enjoy being outdoors and love hot weather.  I like to read and am looking forward to this semester!
